The residential building is located in Zadar, on Put Kotlara Street. The residential building consists of a total of 48 apartments, 32 of which are Type “A” and 16 of which are Type “B”. All apartments face southwest. The apartments are spread over 4 floors from the 1st to the 4th floor. In the basement there are storage rooms and garages, while on the ground floor there is a covered parking lot. There is a two-way traffic around the building. In the southern part of the plot there is a fenced green park.

The load-bearing structure of the residential building consists of reinforced concrete walls. The thermal envelope of the building consists of a facade made of mineral wool with an average thickness of 12 cm. The apartments are heated via underfloor heating. The apartments are equipped with gas boilers for hot water preparation. The final floor coverings in the apartments are parquet in the living room and bedrooms, and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms, kitchens and loggias. The apartments are cooled via air conditioning units, and all external air conditioning units are located on the roof.

The construction of the building was completed in 2023. All apartments have been successfully sold.
